Easy Chicken or Tuna Salad

 


Meat
  • 3 cups Chicken, cooked
  • (I love using rotisserie shredded chicken)
Produce
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 tsp Dill, fresh or dried
  • 2 Green onion
  • lettuce
Condiments
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
Mix everything but lettuce together. Eat on bed of lettuce or wrapped in lettuce
Baking & Spices
  • 1/4 Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
